it wasn't a done deal either as I had to battle with the wind during my multiple one-minute exposures

as well as the formation of the heavy chemical elements that are integral to life as we know it

now known as the Crab Nebula or Messier 1

Our total integration/exposure time for this image is about ~90 hours and we split this time up into 250 individual panels (which have been merged from over 5000 single exposures)
